To reach «Moulin de Mizande» from Paris. Take the A4, East Highway to Nancy Metz, to exit 13 to Provins and Villeneuve le Comte.
From then at all roundabouts, always follow Provins until the first indication Coulommiers, Mauperthuis at Pézarche roundabout where you follow Coulommiers (3° right D402). Pass through Mauperthuis. At the next roundabout, follow Coulommiers (1°right), next roundabout, follow La Ferté Gaucher, Vitry le François, Sézanne (2° right N34). Straight on at Chailly en Brie’s traffic light, and after 5 more kms (3 miles) turn left to Saint Siméon; from then follow road-signs "Chambres d'hôtes": Arriving in the village, turn left, towards Charcot (sign "Chambres d'hôtes"), 200 more meters, then turn left just after crossing the little bridge over the river (sign "Chambres d'hôtes").
